• Dates of travel are Thursday - Monday from 6 October 2022 - 4 December 2023, excluding local and American national holidays. This travel period cannot be amended or extended.
• Winners will forfeit the prize if they fail to travel before 30 November 2023.
• Prize is valid for either two or four people and is subject to availability, has no cash alternative, is non-transferable and non-refundable.
• At least one person travelling must be aged 18 or over. If winner is under 18 then at least one of his/her guests must be his/her parent or guardian.
• Hotel is based on two or four people sharing one room. The hotel will take a credit card pre-authorisation or cash deposit to cover any incidentals.
• The appearance of Steve Sansweet is subject to his availability and dates will be determined by this.
• The Letterman Digital Centre is open to the general public only during normal business hours and access is not guaranteed.

Eligibility Criteria: The promotion is open to members of Priority who are UK residents age 18+.
Start and End Dates: Prize Draw is valid for entry from 13 - 27 May 2022.

Winner Contacted: From 27 May 2022.
Contact Cut Off Point: 48 hours.
If You Win: The winner will be selected in a random draw and will be contacted via the same phone number you used to enter the Prize Draw from 27 May 2022. If you don’t respond within 48 hrs. of us contacting you, you will be deemed not to have accepted the prize and another winner will be drawn. The winner will be contacted by Promo Veritas.
Once the prize has been drawn, the promotion will stay live for at least 24 hours to allow you to check if you have won.
