All one-shot Fastrack tickets for The Gruffalo River Ride Adventure are in half hour time slots which will need to be pre-booked with your ticket. Entry to Howl’o’ween event includes entry to Theme Park, Zoo and SEA LIFE. Reward does not include entry to any second gate attractions including but not limited to Creepy Caves: Resurgence.

Tickets subject to availability. There are up to 170 tickets available each day from 16/10/21 – 17/10/21 and 22/10/21 – 31/10/21. There are 130 tickets available each day between 18/10/21 – 21/10/21, when the park closes earlier.

Areas of the resort are subject to height/weight restrictions. Visitors under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over.

Not valid in conjunction with any other offer. Does not include expenses, travel to or from Chessington World of Adventures Resort, including parking. Ticket Reward is non-transferable, not for resale and there is no cash alternative.

Chessington World of Adventures Resort reserves the right, in their absolute discretion, to refuse entry and to close and/or alter all or any part of the facilities including closure of rides and/or attractions and removal of figures for technical, operational, health and safety or other reasons including overcapacity.

Failure to arrive at the attraction without pre-booked tickets will not guarantee entry to the resort.

These terms and claim instructions incorporate and apply in addition to the Priority App T&Cs, which can be found under your app ‘Settings’.

O2’s decision as to offer allocation is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Applications not complying with these terms and conditions will be invalid.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.

O2 reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend this promotion and/or review and revise these T&Cs at any time without giving prior notice and by continuing to take part in the promotion subsequent to any revision of these T&Cs, participants shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.
